Sidhant Sharma. CEO & Co-Founder of Nibble and Atmos Protocol, Bengaluru.

I take products from zero to one, then scale.

Full-stack engineer and founder with end-to-end ownership across product design, engineering, partnerships, growth, community, and company operations. Built and operated 0-to-1 products across DeFi, AI infrastructure, marketplaces, and consumer crypto; scaled Atmos to $55M+ volume, 14M+ trades, and 13K+ users. Comfortable owning ambiguous work end to end: architecture, code, users, team, and go-to-market.

Experience

  1. Nibble

    CEO & Co-Founder

    Mar 2026 – Present

Screenshot: nibble.fun, the token discovery feed

A social launch venue with repeated upside for traders and communities.

    • Co-founded and launched early access for a Solana token launch venue built around a churn/dead-liquidity protocol I designed: dead-pool liquidity vaults with holder resurrection votes, VRF multi-winner selection, anti-snipe progressive fee curves, burn-to-claim, and custom graduation into Raydium/Meteora pools.
    • Planned and executed the go-to-market for the early-access launch, bringing in 700+ users and $50K+ in trading volume across launched tokens; pitched Nibble into selection for Startup Village by Superteam India, Mumbai.
    • Completely new to Solana five months ago: grew X from 0 to nearly 1K followers and the Telegram/Discord community from 0 to 400+ members through launch content, video, campaigns, and creator outreach.
    • Handled all company operations: hiring, payroll, planning, and work allocation, alongside hands-on building across engineering and growth.
    • Owned product design, feature planning, and the React 19 frontend on Cloudflare Workers: fully client-side transaction building including in-app post-graduation DEX swaps, a real-time SSE data plane with migration-transparent charts, and mobile wallet flows; shipped as an installable PWA/TWA on the Solana dApp Store.
    • Built the in-house media server (Go + FFmpeg) replacing a ~$5K/mo managed-media (Mux) cost profile with a pipeline under $100/mo: encode-once HLS, token-gated previews generated by rewriting playlists instead of re-encoding, Cloudflare R2 zero-egress storage and CDN, streaming dedupe, and a Redis job state machine with a Postgres-fallback worker fleet that survives Redis outages.
    • Authored the @nibble-fun/sdk TypeScript SDK: instruction-first architecture, an immutable swap pipeline with named overridable steps, on-chain quote-math ports, and a typed IDL catalog.
  2. Atmos Protocol

    CEO & Co-Founder

    Sep 2024 – Present

    Screenshot: atmos.ag home page

A gamified DeFi trading ecosystem on Supra L1 (DEX, DEX aggregator, token launchpad, transfer management).

    • Built and operated the platform from 0 to 1, scaling it to $55M+ volume, 14M+ trades, 13K+ users, and ~$780K peak TVL across 100+ countries, with the aggregator reaching top-50 global by trading volume at peak; personally pitched Atmos at Super dApp Showdown 1 (2025), winning it and securing $100K in funding.
    • Fully responsible for all partnerships and integrations end to end, personally bringing in ~$600K of initial TVL.
    • Fully owned community and marketing: planned and ran campaigns, ambassador programs, and social media, growing socials from 0 to 10K followers and the Telegram/Discord community from 0 to 6K+ members.
    • Ran company operations end to end (hiring, payroll, work assignment) while leading a small team hands-on: mentoring, PR reviews, the org's engineering handbook, observability, and incident response.
    • Owned product design and feature planning across the platform and built, shipped, and operated the flagship app (Next.js/React): GraphQL-subscription live charting, a four-mode trading widget (market/DCA/limit/aggregator with split-route visualization), dual Supra wallet integrations with raw Move transaction building, 8-language i18n, and a GCP→Cloudflare Workers migration.
    • Sole author of the production edge gateway (api.atmos.ag) on Cloudflare Workers: Durable Object token-bucket rate limiting, API-key lifecycle with per-key-per-IP limits, IP blacklisting behind a single bundled preflight RPC, SHA-256 body-hash caching of POST quotes, client-tiered GraphQL caching (3s–300s), origin-pinned partner keys with edge-enforced fee floors, and Axiom observability.
    • Ran release engineering and cloud infrastructure from testnet through mainnet as the org's release gatekeeper: GCP delivery platform with Cloud Build CI/CD and auto-computed semver, multi-stage non-root Dockerfiles, staging/prod autoscaling across GKE, Cloud Run, and App Engine, a Kafka→GCP Managed Kafka SASL/ADC auth layer with 50-minute OAuth hot-swap, TLS Memorystore, and a Patroni TimescaleDB HA cluster on Kubernetes.
    • Architected and built the backend estate with a 3-engineer team: a from-scratch swap router (token-graph pathfinding, split routing, hand-ported weighted/stable-swap/CLMM math, quotes returning ready-to-sign transactions), a custom L1 indexer whose Kafka→Redis Streams migration was validated by dual-running both pipelines with automated reconciliation, an in-database PL/pgSQL analytics engine, and the growth/gamification backend; personally built the market-making orchestration engine with pre-trade achievability simulation.
    • Drove protocol and ecosystem work: DefiLlama TVL and volume adapters merged upstream, the chain's canonical token registry (supra-token-list), a “Postman for Supra Move” ABI explorer, and the full Move contract estate (dual AMM, launchpad with trustless auto-graduation, split-route executor, DCA/limit orders) taken through external audit remediation.
  3. Truvanta Inc.

    Backend Team Lead

    Mar 2024 – Aug 2024

  6. Avex Defy

    Co-Founder

    Oct 2021 – Sep 2023

    Screenshot: Avex Defy on X

Co-founded an MPC-based multichain crypto wallet; owned frontend architecture, wallet UX, cryptographic integration, and early product delivery.

Recent projects

  1. Owner-controlled agent that finds opportunities, runs economic experiments, builds demos, and prepares outreach.

    • Architected and built the entire system solo (Python/FastAPI, SQLite WAL, one durable async worker with a journaled tool loop): provider-neutral Anthropic/OpenAI adapters with native tool calls and prompt-cache breakpoints, checkpointed transcripts with compaction, namespaced long-term memory, and per-call token accounting with atomic budget reservations.
    • Built multi-source discovery (Hacker News and GitHub APIs, Brave/DuckDuckGo search, domain-scoped Reddit/X/job-board search, RSS, and a Devpost hackathon radar that verifies eligibility per page) with canonical-URL dedup and persisted evidence, plus a Google Places → Yelp → OpenStreetMap lead pipeline with website audits, revenue estimates, multi-offering quotes, and expected-value scoring.
    • Shipped the execution layer: a six-theme demo kit that scaffolds, fills, and deploys a demo in one turn (SSH/local VM deploys, Netlify fallback), TLS SMTP/IMAP outreach with verified recipients, cooldowns, daily caps and suppression, a reply-aware inbox on durable UID cursors, scheduled follow-ups, parallel autonomous lanes, and a schema-validated HTTP connector registry.
    • Designed the green/yellow/red approval model with hash-bound expiring approvals and uncertain-outcome reconciliation, a networkless read-only-root Docker sandbox for generated code, host-allowlisted Playwright workflows, and an authenticated control-room dashboard; deployed as a systemd service on an Azure VM behind nginx, Let's Encrypt, Cloudflare proxy, and Cloudflare Access; 160+ tests.
  2. First on-chain casino on Robinhood Chain.

    • Built and launched the first fully on-chain casino on Robinhood Chain (3 games live on mainnet) as a ~1-week project; 400+ bets placed after launch. Owned product UI/UX and the frontend, including the pre-mainnet UX overhaul, plus launch content and product communication.
    • Solved randomness on a VRF-less chain with deterministic RSA-2048 signatures verified by a strict from-scratch RSA verifier in Solidity, a permissionless settlement market (a 0.5% bounty for settling any bet), AWS KMS-isolated signing behind CloudFront + WAF, solvency-by-construction accounting across isolated multi-token bankrolls (including tokenized stocks), and in-browser byte-for-byte bet verification with shareable proof pages.
  3. Fiverr-like marketplace for AI agents.

    • Designed the product and built the entire backend in Go plus the CLI: MCP tools and REST handlers share one service layer so AI agents and humans get identical business rules, with an escrow-modeled milestone ledger, race-safe conditional-UPDATE state machines, atomic job acceptance, disputes, weighted Postgres full-text search, and streaming AI spec-generation on the Anthropic API (extended thinking, Files API).
    • Built a production MCP server on the official Go SDK with a dual-contract OAuth challenge satisfying Claude/Cursor and the ChatGPT Apps SDK simultaneously (RFC 9728/8414 discovery, JSON-RPC-layer auth gating); implemented OAuth 2.0 with DCR via WorkOS AuthKit and an in-house resource server, Ed25519 JWTs with JTI-reuse detection, TOTP 2FA with AES-256-GCM-encrypted seeds, Stripe-style hashed API keys, and a stdio↔streamable-HTTP MCP proxy in the CLI.
  4. AI cost, credit & usage enforcement infrastructure.

    • Designed and built the entire system solo in ~5 days (Go gateway, zero-dependency TypeScript SDK, Next.js dashboard) for companies embedding AI in end-customer products: a race-safe credit ledger with lock-free atomic reservations, a reserve → proxy → settle-at-actual-token-usage → release-on-failure lifecycle, an immutable audit ledger with idempotency keys, and decimal-only money handling end to end.
    • Built the provider proxy for OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini/Grok/custom with per-provider SSE parsing so streaming requests settle at actual cost, AES-256-GCM-encrypted tenant keys, and a policy engine with enforce/shadow modes and grace/debt policies; the SDK integrates in ~7 lines and is verified by an end-to-end scenario harness.
  5. Forge PM + Archon

    Screenshot: Forge PM landing page

    AI product-management workspace.

    • Designed and built Forge PM solo, an AI product-management workspace (Next.js + Fastify/Prisma): evidence capture including browser voice input, tokenized public surveys, and a 4-mode AI strategist producing decision ledgers, specs, and acceptance-criteria'd tasks, with full-journey Playwright coverage; built Archon, its multi-tenant ingestion backbone spanning Discord, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Notion, and HMAC webhooks with BullMQ pipelines, interrupt-safe backfills, and transactional-outbox actions.
  6. PAI

    Screenshot: PAI sign-in screen

    AI personal assistant suite.

    • Developed, designed, and built a Gemini-powered assistant suite across web, mobile, and backend: agentic chat with typed tools driving interactive generative-UI widgets, a multi-channel notification engine with priority fallback, Google Calendar sync, and a custom drag-and-drop calendar.

Writing

  1. The Mathematics of Luck

    April 24, 2026

Success is often described as luck. Someone meets the right person at the right time. A founder finds a market just as it begins to open. A writer publishes something that suddenly reaches the right audience. An opportunity appears, and from the outside it seems accidental.
